The THJA will not collect any information on this page concerning your credit card. You will be transferred to a secure web site to obtain that information. If you prefer not to use this method, you may call Ann Yaffe at (281)934-3251 between 2PM and 7PM. She can take your information over the phone and have your credit charged for the correct horse related transaction. She can also issue a credit to your card if it is necessary to reverse a transaction made in error. If you want your registration, transfer, or name change sent to an address that is different from below, enter it in the "SHIPPING INFORMATION" area on the secure website form. If your credit card billing information is different from the information entered below, make sure you change it on the secure website form. If you provide an E-mail address below, a receipt will be sent to that address. PLEASE NOTE: The owner you list for a horse must be the same owner listed in the USEF records. If it differs, no points can be awarded.
